RTE has put together a guide to making Saras cheese from scratch, with recipes for some of the most iconic and iconic cheeses in the world.

Saras Cheese is a famous British cheesemaking tradition and is produced in the UK in three major cheese-producing areas: Northamptonshire, Somerset and Cornwall.
It was launched in 1976 by the brothers Ian and Thomas Saras, who sold the company to its current owners, RTE.
The Saras family still owns the majority of the business and still makes the cheese, which is sold in supermarkets and is sometimes called the Sarastrian or Saras.
