How to get rid of your “bad” milk

Fox News contributor Adam Savage has some tips for avoiding the dreaded “bad milk” of the Amish.
It’s an annual tradition in the Amishes that they consume their milk as a sacrament, and often without a glass of water.
But what happens if you accidentally eat it with your dinner?
That’s what Savage, who’s from West Virginia, wanted to know.
Savage, a native of Wisconsin, said that he has been eating dairy products for the past 30 years, and his son and daughter-in-law have been eating them too.
But he was shocked to see his son’s milk-soda habit.
“I was like, ‘You’re going to die.
You’re not going to last a day without your milk,'” Savage told Fox News.
He said he tried to get into the habit, but that he just couldn’t seem to shake it.
Saving time and eliminating the milk-drinking process are Savage’s top tips.
“You don’t need to buy a bottle,” he said.
“It’s just a little glass with a little water in it.”
If you do have to drink it, just wash it down with a glass and add more water.
And if you are drinking it alone, you can put it in a glass bowl to drink in.
“Just keep it small and don’t drink it out,” Savage said.
If you need to wash it up, Savage said, just “drink it in your mouth, like you’re going out for a walk.”
Savage also advises keeping it on your hands.
“That’s just the first step,” he advised.
“Wipe it off.
Get it off your fingers.”
For Savage, eating dairy is just a way to get around the milk drinking problem.
“I would eat my milk with a spoon or my fork, just to have something to put it into, to feel like I’m getting something,” he explained.
But that’s not always possible, especially for someone with autism.
Santurans father has had the same reaction.
“My son has autism, and he drinks milk all the time,” Savage told The Associated Press.
“But when he does, he’s always in a wheelchair.”
He also says that if he were to try to eat it, he’d likely pass out or faint from the sugar.
“He doesn’t have that problem, so I guess I’m just lucky,” Savage added.
